Payment

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, company checks, and offer corporate billing.  If you prefer a personal check, your order will not be delivered until the check clears the bank.

Terms/Volume Orders

On Corporate billing are due upon receipt or goods, unless other arrangements are made. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all orders of 10 baskets or more (unless a credit card is to be used) with the balance due upon delivery.

Security

This website is encrypted to ensure safe and private shopping using Thawte Security, providing the safest credit card transactions possible. You'll find the Thawte Symbol on our site, which if clicked on, will provide our SSL certificate information.  If you still don't feel comfortable you can always call our shop and place your order, 978-744-6002. 

Return/Refund Policy

In the unlikely event a basket is damaged during the shipping process you must call our office within 3 days of delivery and inform us of the problem so we can assess the situation. Do not open the basket! Place the wrapped basket back in the box and secure, and we will send UPS, at our expense, back to pick up the package.  We will send a new replacement basket immediately. If you are not 100% satisfied with this arrangement, we will refund your credit card upon return of original basket less the original shipping charges.

Cancellations

We cannot cancel orders once they are charged to your credit card and shipped from our shop.  If you need to cancel an order please call our office immediately.

Our Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us.  We use the personal information you provide us only to complete your order.  We do not share, sell, or rent this information with any third parties. We do not share, sell, or rent any personal information you provide us on your gift recipient, other than address information we provide to UPS, to complete such order.  We will email you confirmation of your order and such email addresses are never used for any other purpose and are never shared with any third parties.

Substitutions

Here at Unique Gift Baskets we continually add delicious new products to our inventory line to keep up with current trends and tastes.  Although we do our best to update our website for these product changes periodically, sometimes a substitute item of equal or greater value must be made.  We reserve this right to substitution should a product become unavailable.  This also applies to basket styles.  Each gift is custom made to order and may vary slightly from picture represented. We do not ship heat-sensitive chocolate items during the summer months and will substitute with candy confections that will not melt.

Shipping

Charges for hand delivery to Salem, Peabody, Marblehead, Lynn, Swampscott, Nahant, Revere, Lynnfield, Beverly, and Danvers will range $5.00 to $15.00.  Hand deliveries to other local towns will vary depending on independent courier rates.  We ship nationwide with UPS.  Orders received before noontime EST will most likely ship same day.  Orders received after noontime EST will most likely ship the following day, although most times we do ship that day.  Allow for extra time during the busy holiday seasons.  We use standard ground so please let us know if you need it there quicker.  PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries within New England normally ship in 1 (one) day so there's no need to choose next-day, second-day, or 3-day, just be sure to select the 'requested delivery date' upon check out.
